On an oceanside dock in feudal japan, a stranger steps off the boat and on to his native land's soil for the first time. Long, straight black hair falls over his face and shoulders, small horns crown his brow, and a row of spikes run down the length of his forearms; he is a demon and makes no attempt to hide it. Though he did not grow up in Japan, he speaks the language fluently- perfectly, in fact, and knows all the customs, his name is Benimaru Tetsuoni, and he has come back to his homeland.....to settle a score.

((The Boss gave permission to post as someone else as well. You are not speaking to Emelie here. Who it is will become apparent in time.))
She had been ordered to speak to him. He had been watched for a while and the one who sent her was interested in him. And she was interested to find out more about this strong, powerful demon herself. She walks up to him casually, her beautiful silk kimono flowing in the ocean breeze. "Yo." Is her simple greeting. She looked at him with smoky red eyes and smiled at him with her ruby red lips.

Benimaru regards her quietly for a moment, then gives a small, semi-formal bow. "Hello" he replies, "I am Benimaru Tetsuoni, may I ask your name?"

She smiled at him with mysterious look in her eye. "And what benefit will you get from knowing my name, young demon. If you must have a name to call me , the you can call me the wind. Because I am the wind, the free wind."

Benimaru raised an eyebrow. "I certainly meant no offense by asking you your name. I understand that such an address is only polite. At any rate, you are the one who addressed me first, so I would assume that you have some reason for doing so?"

"Yes I do. My master has been watching you for some time and he is very interested in your skills. He sent me to invite you to his castle to speak to him." She paused and grabbed something from her pocket. "He also told me to offer you this if you agree to come to his castle." She held out her hand and laying in her palm was a small shard of a jewel. "The choice is yours, young demon but I must warn you if reject my masters offer, you may face consequences." With her free hand she slightly fingered her fan at that was at her side.

"You say that your master wishes to "help" me , and yet - you threaten "consequences" if I refuse this help? Your offer seems more a ruse meant to place me in your master's debt. Indeed, you offer me something that obviously resonates with power, but on the other hand, you have not been completely honest about your intentions, and I have my own matters to attend to. Never-the-less I shall entertain your master so long as it does not keep me too long. "

This demon is smarter then the others. Naraku must know this and thats why he chose him. I just wonder what he has planned and how maybe I can use it to my advantage in escaping his grasp.
"Wise choice, demon."she said with a evil smile. She reached up and pulled a feather from her hair transforming it into a transport that they could ride on. She kneeled on the feather and gestured for him to join her.

"Whether my choice is wise or not is yet to be seen. For now I am content to come along." With that, he followed Kagura onto her feather.

"Oh trust me, you made a wise one. You would not have enjoyed the latter." she said as she flicked fan open. They then took off towards Naraku's castle.
When they arrived the landed the feather on the balcony. She turned to Benimaru. "Follow me inside and I will introduce you to my master. She lead him to Naraku's chambers and to where he was. She then kneeled before Naraku. "Master, I brought the demon you requested."

"Good, Kagura." Naraku replied, coming to his feet. He was silent for several moments before he moved to Benimaru's side. "I trust that Kagura has given you my... gift?" he asked of him.

Benimaru scrutinized Naraku and then replied, "Yes, it's a very .... pretty, shiny stone. And am I to assume... you'll want something in return?"

Naraku chuckled quietly. "That stone is more than a handsome bauble. It holds more power than you could imagine, and it's name is legendary throughout this land."
He moved even closer and asked, "Where do you come from then,? For, although you blend in with everyone perfectly, if you were truly from here you would have known of the Shikon jewel and the power and glory it can lead you to."

"Power and glory are best achieved on one's own - without external help." Benimaru responded. "If I were to use this stone to achieve power and glory, I would come to depend upon it to maintain that power and glory. Dependency brings weakness; and weakness brings death. Was it your intention to kill me with this stone?"

Kagura stayed in her kneeling postion watching the conversation that was unfolding it self before her. Hmm this demon is not afraid to stand up to Naraku. Very interesting. I wonder if I can use that to my benefit somehow. Convince him to kill Naraku for me. Kagura thought silently to herself as she continued to listen.
